2rd phase.
Renting the home.
During this phase, the client will move into their dream property as tenants. They will rent the property for a specific period of time and during this time; the client will be making their monthly rental payments while building their credit score and saving some money for the down payment.
This phase enables the client to build the necessary credit score to apply for a mortgage.
3rd phase.
This is the last phase. Before the expiry of the leasing period, the client will apply for a mortgage and they will be able to put a down payment on the property. The client will finally be the owner.
