Leasing period.
During this period, the clients will move into the house. They will make monthly payments.

Transition to home ownership.
Before the expiry of the leasing period, the client would have attained a good credit score for a mortgage, they will apply for a mortgage and be able to put a down payment on the property and hence become the homeowner.
