The second step.
The second stage is the leasing period. During this period, the clients will basically move into their dream property. They will rent the property for a specific period of time. The client will be making monthly rental payments and at the same time building a good credit score while saving some money for a down payment. This stage will enable the client to build the necessary financial muscles to buy a property.
Last step.
The last stage is the home ownership stage. Before the end of the leasing period, the client will apply for a mortgage since they will have a good credit score. They will put a down payment on the property and become a homeowner.
