Leasing period.

After deciding on the property to buy, the client will move into the home for the agreed period. Each monthly payment made; the client also saves up for the down payment during the leasing period. 

During this period, the clients will be able to build a strong credit score, save on down payment and be ready to buy their home at the end of the leasing period, the clients will be ready to put the down payment to own the property.

Ownership.

Before the end of the lease agreement, clients usually talk to the respective mortgage brokers to make the best selection of the mortgage that’s convenient for them. The clients will then put a down payment for the property and they will surely become the home owners.
