The leasing phase.
During this wonderful leasing phase, the client will move into their dream property as tenants. They will stay in the house for a specific period.
During this period, the clients will make their monthly rental payment while saving some good money for their down payment and building their credit score at the same time. Before the end of the leasing period, the client will be in position to apply for a mortgage from any institution.
House ownership.
This is the last phase. After applying for a mortgage, the client will be in position to pay for the house and they will finally become a homeowner.
